My experience and knowledge of more than thirty years of coaching, consulting, and teaching clearly show me: We need new and effective approaches for leadership in the 21st century. What We Can Do For You
2022: Coaching Sessions On Lanzarote
My clients know: I love Lanzarote and have been using the atmosphere to write and film on the island for years. My main location is still Germany; however, in 2021 I created an additional base on Lanzarote – with the necessary technical equipment and a pretty good internet connection.
The next phase has started now: I invite you to individual coaching sessions on the volcanic island. As a starting format, I offer impulse coaching. In addition to preparation and follow-up elements, three coaching sessions of approx. 3-5 hours are planned within one week. So you can combine coaching and vacation. I am happy to provide further details and special formats (e.g. groups) on request.

For me and my team, self-leadership consists of attitudes and methods for goal-oriented leadership of oneself. Self-Leadership is based essentially on self-awareness, self-responsibility, self-direction. With our proven methodology, we show you how to become the designer of your life.
The Seven Fields Of Self-Leadership
Over the last fifteen years we have developed and honed a methodology for self-leadership. Its core is the model of the „Seven Fields Of Self-Leadership“ which combines the most important perspectives on leading yourself. We developed this model by interviewing leaders, studying similar and related scientific theories, field-testing methods, and finally creating this practical approach in 2009. Since then, the methodology has been an integral part of teachings, coachings, and workshops by Dr. Bensmann and his team members. The methodology gets honed and developed, thus making sure it is effective for entrepeneurial people.

Here are some of the formats we offer.
- Lunchtime (or Breakfast) Lecture
This format is a very compact impulse session concerning Self-Leadership. Dr. Bensmann will supply a basic knowledge of the topic as well as some practical tips and tricks how to lead yourself better. - Condensed Workshop (1/2 Day) – Levers Of Self-Leadership
How can we get more clarity, more effectiveness, and more fulfillment? This format consists of five hours of input concerning selected levers of Self- Leadership. - High Intensity Workshop (One Day) – The Seven Fields Of Self-Leadership
The participants work with the seven fields, use a questionnaire to figure out their strengths and weaknesses in regard to Self- Leadership, and they gather tips and tricks to improve on leading themselves. - Flexible Coaching
We call this „Full-Flex-Coaching“ because the client can create a flexible schedule for the coaching sessions with Dr. Bensmann.
